Change trains at the Dongincheon Station to Line 1, and continue until you reach the Goyang Station. Once you arrive at Goyang Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. From there, take bus number 71 or 72 towards Ilsan Lake Park. The journey will take about 10 minutes. Get off at the Ilsan Lake Park stop, which is a short walk from the park entrance.

From Incheon City Hall, locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 2200 or 2201. These buses head directly to Goyang. You will need to travel for approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop for Ilsan Lake Park, follow the signs directing you to the park entrance, which should be a few minutes' walk.
