Get off at the City Hall Station and transfer to Line 3 (the orange line) towards Daehwa Station. Get off at the Daehwa Station. From there, take a taxi or a local bus heading towards Paju-si. The Odusan Unification Observation Deck is located at 369 Pilseung-ro, Tanhyeon-myeon, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, which is a short drive from there.
