From Bupyeong Station (부평역), board Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Incheon. Travel for about 9 stops (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach Incheon Station (인천역). Once you arrive, transfer to Line 1 towards Suwon and continue for 3 more stops until you reach the end of the line at Incheon City Hall Station (인천시청역).

Exit Incheon City Hall Station and look for the bus stop located directly outside the station. Take bus number 1 or 5, heading towards 'Yeonsu-gu'. After approximately 15 minutes (about 5 stops), disembark at the 'Memorial Hall for Incheon Landing Operation' bus stop. The memorial hall will be in close proximity.
