If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to the address 523 Bogyeong-ro, Songna-myeon, Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. From Miryang Valley, you will want to take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) heading north. After approximately 50 kilometers, take exit 24 toward Pohang. Continue on the local roads, following the signs for the Bogyeongsa Temple. The temple is situated about 15 kilometers from the expressway exit. Make sure to check local traffic updates and road conditions, as they may affect your travel time.

For those using public transportation, the first step is to get to the Miryang Station. From there, take a KTX train or a Mugunghwa train heading towards Pohang. The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Upon arriving at Pohang Station, exit the station and look for local buses that head towards Bogyeongsa Temple. Buses may not run frequently, so be sure to check the schedule ahead of time. Depending on the frequency, it may take an additional 30 minutes to an hour to reach the temple by bus.
