Car
From Muju Ski Resort, head southeast on the Muju Ski Resort Road. Continue for about 3.5 km until you reach the junction with Route 19. Turn left onto Route 19 and follow it for approximately 10 km. Look for signs for Beonam-myeon/Banghwadong. Turn right onto Banghwadong-ro and continue for about 5 km. The Banghwadong Natural Recreation Forest will be on your left at 778 Banghwadong-ro, Beonam-myeon, Jangsu-gun, Jeollabuk-do.

Public Transportation
From Muju Ski Resort, take a local bus to Jangsu. Buses depart frequently from the Muju terminal. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 1,200 KRW. Once you arrive in Jangsu, transfer to another local bus heading towards Banghwadong. This bus will take approximately 20 minutes and cost around 1,000 KRW. Get off at the Banghwadong stop. The recreation forest entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.
