From the Pohang Intercity Bus Terminal, take Bus No. 101 towards Heunghae. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to have some cash for the fare. You should get off at the Heunghae Bus Stop. After disembarking, walk straight ahead for about 500 meters on Haean-ro. You will see the entrance to Sabang Memorial Park on your left.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from anywhere in Pohang. Simply provide the driver with the address '1801 Haean-ro, Heunghae-eup, Buk-gu, Pohang-si'.
