Bus
From Pohang city center, head to the Pohang Intercity Bus Terminal. Take bus number 150 or 151 towards Gyeongju. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Gyeongju Bus Terminal. From there, transfer to a local bus (bus number 203) that goes towards Gangdong-myeon. After about 20 minutes, alight at Wangsin-ri. Ungok Seowon is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs leading to Ungok Seowon or ask locals for directions.

Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Pohang. Simply tell the driver "Ungok Seowon, Gyeongju". The trip will take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure you have the address written down (Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongju-si, Gangdong-myeon, Wangsin-ri, 311번지 311) to show the driver.

Bicycle
For the more adventurous, renting a bicycle is a fantastic way to explore the area. Start from the city center and head towards the Gyeongju direction via the bike paths along the coast. It’s about a 13 km ride to Gyeongju. Once you reach Gyeongju, follow signs towards Gangdong-myeon. After reaching Wangsin-ri, you can ask locals for the last leg to Ungok Seowon, which should be a short ride away.
