Public Bus
From Pohang Bus Terminal, take bus number 106. The bus will take you directly towards Yeongildae Beach. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Yeongildae Beach stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the beach and follow the coastal path to the Yeongildae Beach Observatory, which will be on your right side.

If you are in the center of Pohang, you can walk to Yeongildae Beach Observatory. Head east on Donghae-ro towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach Yeongildae Beach. The observatory is located at the northern end of the beach. The walk takes about 30 minutes and offers beautiful views of the coastline.

You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Pohang. Just tell the driver 'Yeongildae Beach Observatory' or show them the address: Samho-ro, Buk-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The taxi ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
