From Ulsan City Hall Station (울산시청역) on Line 1, board the subway heading towards the direction of Mugeo Station (무거역). Travel for 4 stops until you reach Mugeo Station. Exit the train and take Exit 1. After exiting, walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection.

At Mugeo Station, board Bus No. 107 (107번 버스) at the bus stop near Exit 1. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Seongan-dong' stop (선광동 정류장). From the bus stop, walk about 300 meters towards the direction of Hamwollu. The observation deck will be on your left.

If you prefer walking, after exiting Ulsan City Hall Station (울산시청역), you can walk directly towards Hamwollu. Head east on the main road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, which should take about 20 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafés along the way. Look for signs directing you to Hamwollu as you approach the area.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi from any point in Ulsan. Simply tell the driver 'Hamwollu' (함월루) or provide the address: 산152-3 Seongan-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan. The taxi ride should not take more than 15 minutes from the city center, depending on traffic.
