If you are in the vicinity of Dong-gu, you can simply walk to Ilsan Beach. First, find your way to the main road, 'Donghae-daero'. From there, head east towards 'Ilsan-dong'. The beach is located along the coastline; follow the signs to reach the beach area.

For a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from your location in Ulsan. Just tell the driver 'Ilsan Beach' (일산 해변) and they will take you directly. Taxis are widely available, and it’s a quick ride to the beach.
