Start at the Ávila City Center, specifically from the famous Plaza Mayor. From the Plaza Mayor, head southeast on Calle de la Catedral towards Calle de San Segundo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Virgen de la Soterraña. Turn left onto Calle de la Virgen de la Soterraña and walk until you reach the end of the street, where you will find the Templo de San José on your right. This is a good landmark to check your direction. Next, continue along the pathway that leads towards the Convento del Cister. Follow the signs that lead to the Convento del Cister. Once you reach Convento del Cister, the Panorámica sur de Ávila viewpoint should be nearby, offering beautiful views of the city.
