If you are near a metro station, take Line 1 (the Red Line) towards 'Fondo'. Get off at 'Arc de Triomf' station. Once you exit the station, walk straight along Carrer de Trafalgar until you reach the intersection with Passeig de Lluís Companys. Turn left, and continue walking until you see the entrance to Parc de la Ciutadella on your right.
