Getting There

• Bus

  From the center of Cádiz, head to the bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Cádiz. You can catch a bus to Jerez de la Frontera. Buses to Jerez run frequently, so check the schedule for your preferred time. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Jerez bus station, exit and walk towards the main road, Avenida de Andalucía. From there, you can take a local bus or walk to Alameda Vieja, which is approximately a 15-minute walk.

• Train

  Make your way to the Cádiz train station, Estación de Cádiz. Purchase a ticket for Jerez de la Frontera, which is a short train ride of about 25-30 minutes. Upon arrival at Jerez de la Frontera station, exit the station and head south along Avenida de Andalucía. You can either take a local bus or enjoy a 20-minute walk to reach Alameda Vieja, located at C. Puerto, 101.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Cádiz to Alameda Vieja. Simply hail a taxi or request one via a mobile app. The journey will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic, and will cost approximately €30.

• Walking

  If you are already in Jerez de la Frontera, you can walk to Alameda Vieja from the city center. Head south on Calle Larga until you reach Plaza del Arenal. From there, continue to Calle Puerto, and you will find Alameda Vieja at C. Puerto, 101. The walk will take about 15-20 minutes.
