From the heart of Barrio del Mentidero, head south on Calle de la Rosa until you reach Plaza de la Catedral. Once at the plaza, continue straight through the square, and you will see the Cathedral of Cádiz on your left. Cross the street and walk along Avenida del Campo del Sur. The 1812 Constitution Monument is located just a short walk from there, in the nearby Parque Genovés, which will be on your right.
