If you are in the center of Cádiz, start at Plaza de la Catedral. From there, head southeast on Calle Cardenal Zapata. Continue straight until you reach Calle de la Palma, then take a left. Walk down Calle de la Palma until you reach Plaza de la Candelaria. From the plaza, continue straight onto Calle Mesón. Arco de los Blanco will be on your right at number 22.
Bus
If you are near the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Cádiz), take bus line 1 towards La Laguna. Get off at the stop 'Catedral'. From there, follow the walking directions starting from Plaza de la Catedral as described above.

For those who prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Start at the waterfront promenade (Paseo Marítimo) and head towards the city center.
