If you're starting from the Cuenca Cathedral, head east on Calle de la Catedral towards Plaza Mayor. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Mayor. From there, take Calle Larga, which will lead you to the main shopping area. Follow Calle Larga until you reach Calle Obispo Valero. Turn right onto Calle Obispo Valero, and you will see Museo de Cuenca at number 12 on your right.
