Start your journey at the Girona Cathedral, located in the heart of the city. From the cathedral, head down Carrer de la Força. Continue straight until you reach the Plaça del Vi, a lovely square with cafes and shops. Turn left onto Carrer de la Cort, which will lead you to the Onyar River. As you reach the river, you will see the famous colorful houses lining the water. Cross the Pont de Pedra, the stone bridge, to get to the opposite side of the river. Once across, follow the riverside path heading northwest. After a short walk, you will reach the intersection with Carrer de Còrsega. Turn right onto Carrer de Còrsega, and continue until you reach the intersection with Carrer de la Creu. Turn left onto Carrer de la Creu and continue until you see signs for Pont Penjat. The bridge is located in a more suburban area, so be prepared for a bit of walking.
