Walking
If you are starting from the Granada Cathedral, head south on Calle Gran vía de Colón. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Bib-Rambla. From there, turn left onto Calle Almireceros. This street will lead you towards Plaza de las Pasiegas. Once you reach the plaza, you will see the Cathedral in front of you. Walk around the Cathedral and head down Calle San Jerónimo. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Calle San Juan de Dios. Turn right onto Calle San Juan de Dios, and the Basílica de San Juan de Dios will be on your left at number 17.

If you are coming from the Alhambra, exit the Alhambra complex and walk downhill towards the city center. Once you reach Paseo de los Tristes, turn left and walk along the river. Continue until you reach the Plaza Nueva. From Plaza Nueva, take Calle Reyes Católicos towards Plaza Bib-Rambla. Once at Plaza Bib-Rambla, turn right onto Calle Almireceros, and follow the directions provided previously to reach the Basílica.
