Walking
If you're starting from the Cathedral of Granada, head east on Calle Gran Via de Colón until you reach the Plaza Bib-Rambla. From there, continue straight onto Calle Reyes Católicos, which leads you to the Plaza del Carmen. Keep walking straight until you reach Calle San Jerónimo. Turn right onto Calle San Jerónimo, and then take a left onto Calle de la Virgen de las Maravillas. Continue straight until you reach Calle Río, where you will find Puente Romano on your left.
