Take a train from Málaga Centro Alameda train station to the Rincón de la Victoria train station. The train ride takes about 25 minutes. From Rincón de la Victoria, take the bus M-160 towards La Cala del Moral. Get off at 'La Cala del Moral - Av. de Picasso'. Cueva del Tesoro is a short 5-minute walk from there at Av. de Picasso, 21.
