If you are starting from the Málaga Cathedral, exit the cathedral and turn left onto Calle Cister. Walk straight until you reach Plaza del Obispo. From the plaza, head down Calle Alcazabilla, which will lead you directly to La Alcazaba de Málaga. You will see the entrance to La Alcazaba on your right.

If you are near the Picasso Museum, exit the museum and walk towards Plaza de la Merced. From Plaza de la Merced, head down Calle Alcazabilla directly towards La Alcazaba de Málaga. It’s a short walk, and you will see the entrance once you approach.

Public Transport
If you are close to the Alameda Principal, take the metro line 1 in the direction of Andalucia Tech. Get off at the Atarazanas stop. From there, walk towards Calle Atarazanas, then turn right onto Calle Larios and continue straight until you reach Plaza de la Merced. From the plaza, walk down Calle Alcazabilla to reach La Alcazaba.
