If you are starting from the Palma Cathedral (La Seu), head east along the Passeig des Born. This is a beautiful tree-lined promenade. After approximately 10-15 minutes of walking, you'll reach the junction where Plaça del Rei Joan Carles I / de les Tortugues is located. Look for the roundabout, and the plaza will be just off to your right.

From the Plaça d'Espanya, take the EMT bus number 1, 3, or 20 towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Paseo del Borne'. From there, walk a short distance along the Passeig des Born towards the east, and you'll find the Plaça del Rei Joan Carles I / de les Tortugues on your right after a few minutes' walk.

If you are near the Mercado de Olivar, exit the market and head southwest on Carrer de Sant Miquel. Continue until you reach the Plaça de la Reina. From there, walk along the Passeig des Born towards the east for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout; the plaza will be just off to your right.
