Start at the Plaza de España in the center of Ronda. From here, head south towards the Puente Nuevo (New Bridge). Walk across the bridge to enjoy the stunning views of the gorge below. After crossing the bridge, turn left onto Calle Armiñán. Continue walking along this street until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Virgen de la Paz. Turn right onto Calle de la Virgen de la Paz and follow it until you reach the Mirador de Ronda. Here, you'll find a viewpoint overlooking the Tajo del Abanico. From the viewpoint, you can easily access the hiking trails leading down to Tajo del Abanico.

If you are starting from the Ronda Train Station, exit the station and turn right onto Avenida de Málaga. Walk straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Calle Armiñán. Turn left onto Calle Armiñán and continue until you reach the Puente Nuevo. Cross the bridge, then turn left onto Calle de la Virgen de la Paz. Follow this street to the Mirador de Ronda, which provides access to the trails leading to Tajo del Abanico.
