If you're traveling by car, first head to the city of Ronda, located in the province of Málaga. From Málaga, take the A-357 road to the A-367, which leads you directly to Ronda. Once you arrive in Ronda, follow signs to the historic center. You can park at one of the public parking lots nearby, such as the 'Parking Plaza de España.' From there, it's a short 10-minute walk (approximately 800 meters) to Puerta de Almocábar. Head east on Calle de la Virgen de la Paz, then turn right onto Calle Ruedo Alameda, where you will find Puerta de Almocábar at the end of the street.
Public Transportation
To reach Ronda via public transportation, take a train from major cities like Málaga or Seville to Ronda. The train service is operated by Renfe, and tickets can be purchased online or at the station. Once you arrive at Ronda train station, you can either walk to Puerta de Almocábar (about 20 minutes, 1.5 km) or take a taxi. If walking, exit the station and head towards Calle de la Virgen de la Paz, continue straight until you reach the historic center, and then follow the directions to Ruedo Alameda.
