If you are near the Plaza Mayor, head towards Calle del Rollo. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Libertad. Turn left onto Calle de la Libertad and continue until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Almira. Turn right onto Calle de la Almira, and at the end, you will find yourself at Campo de San Francisco. The Capilla de la Vera Cruz is located at number 7 on your left.

From the University of Salamanca, exit onto Calle Libreros and walk straight towards Plaza Mayor. Once you reach the Plaza Mayor, follow the instructions above to get to Campo de San Francisco and find the Capilla de la Vera Cruz at number 7.
