If you are starting from the famous Plaza Mayor, head southeast towards Calle de la Rúa. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach a junction. Turn left onto Calle de la Compañía, and after a short distance, you will see the University of Salamanca on your right. Keep walking along Calle de la Compañía until you reach Plaza de Anaya, which is directly across from the university.
