    If you are starting from Plaza Mayor, head northeast on Calle de Toro towards the intersection with Calle de la Rúa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de San Pablo. Turn left onto Calle de San Pablo, then take the first right onto Calle de la Universidad. Follow this street until you see the Museo de Salamanca on your right at Patio de Escuelas, 7.

    From the historical center, you can catch bus number 6 or 7 towards the 'Universidad' stop. After boarding the bus, stay on for about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Universidad' stop, disembark and walk back down Calle de la Universidad until you see the Museo de Salamanca on your left at Patio de Escuelas, 7.
