Walking
If you are starting from the center of San Sebastián (Plaza de la Constitución), head south towards the beach. Walk down Calle Mayor until you reach the seafront promenade (Paseo de la Concha). Turn right and follow the promenade along the shoreline. Continue walking past the beach until you reach the end of La Concha beach. At the end, the promenade will turn towards the left leading you to a path that continues along the coast. Follow this path for about 1.5 km until you see a sign for Eduardo Chillida Pasealekua. Turn left, and you will see Ondarretako Arrokaia on your right at Eduardo Chillida Pasealekua, 9.
