Walking
If you are starting from La Concha Beach, head towards the Avenida de la Libertad. Walk along the beach promenade until you reach the end of the beach. Continue straight onto the Avenida de la Libertad. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the Plaza de Gipuzkoa. From the plaza, take the exit towards Calle Ijentea, which will lead you directly to San Sebastián City Hall located at Ijentea Kalea, 1.

Walking
From the Old Town (Parte Vieja), make your way to the Plaza de la Constitución, which is a central point. Exit the plaza towards the north, following the Calle Mayor. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Libertad. Turn left and walk towards Plaza de Gipuzkoa. As you reach the plaza, take the exit towards Calle Ijentea, leading you straight to the City Hall.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you are near the bus station at Plaza de Gipuzkoa, you can take the local bus number 28, which has stops near the City Hall. Board the bus and get off at the 'Ayuntamiento' stop. The City Hall is just a short 2-minute walk from the bus stop. Head down Calle Ijentea, and you will see the City Hall on your left.

Starting from the Train Station (Estación del Norte), exit the station and head towards the Avenida de la Libertad. Walk straight along Avenida de la Libertad for about 15 minutes. Once you reach Plaza de Gipuzkoa, take the exit towards Calle Ijentea. Continue walking down Ijentea Kalea, and you will arrive at the San Sebastián City Hall.
