If you are starting from the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral, exit the cathedral through the main entrance and walk down Rúa do Franco. Keep walking straight for about 5 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafes on your left and right. Continue until you reach Plaza de Fonseca, where the Palace of Fonseca is located. The palace is located at Rúa do Franco, s/n, 15704 Santiago de Compostela.

If you are at the Mercado de Abastos (the food market), exit the market and head south onto Rúa do Franco. Walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by various local shops and the bustling atmosphere of Santiago. The Palace of Fonseca will be on your left once you reach Plaza de Fonseca.
