Walking
Start at Plaza del Obradoiro, the main square in front of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. From the square, face the Cathedral entrance. Walk towards the right side of the Cathedral, where you will see a large archway. Continue walking straight until you reach the side entrance of the Cathedral, known as the 'Portico de la Gloria' or Porch of the Glory. The entrance is marked and will be visible as you approach the Cathedral.

If you are near the Mercado de Abastos (the local market), exit the market and head southwest towards the Cathedral. Walk along Rua de San Pedro, which will take you directly to the Plaza del Obradoiro. Once you reach the square, follow the previous directions to the Porch of the Glory.

From the Botafumeiro statue (a well-known landmark in the Cathedral), walk towards the main entrance of the Cathedral. Once you reach the entrance, turn left and walk along the perimeter of the Cathedral until you see the Porch of the Glory. It is located on the upper level, so look for the stairs leading up to it.

If you are coming from further away, take a bus to the Santiago de Compostela bus station. Upon arrival, exit the station and head towards Avenida de Xoán Carlos I. Walk straight until you reach the Plaza de Galicia, then follow the signs directing you to the Cathedral. Once you arrive at Plaza del Obradoiro, use the previous directions to reach the Porch of the Glory.
