If you are near the Segovia Cathedral, head northeast on Calle de la Catedral towards Plaza Mayor. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Mayor, then turn left onto Calle del Acueducto. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Plaza de la Reina Victoria Eugenia on your right, just before the entrance to the Alcázar.
