Once you reach the waterfront, look for the Estatua de Juan Sebastián Elcano, and Fun Ride Sevilla is located directly in front of this statue.

From the Plaza Nueva, take bus line C1. It operates frequently and will take you closer to the river. Get off at the stop 'Puente de Triana'. From there, walk towards the Muelle Nueva York, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will see the Estatua de Juan Sebastián Elcano when you arrive at the waterfront, and Fun Ride Sevilla is located right in front of it.
