If you are at the Seville Cathedral, head west on Avenida de la Constitución toward Plaza del Triunfo. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de la Virgen de los Reyes. From there, turn left onto Calle Cuna. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Palace of the Countess of Lebrija at C. Cuna, 8 on your right.

If you are near Plaza Nueva, take bus number 21 from the Plaza Nueva stop towards Pino Montano. Get off at the 'Calle Cuna' stop. From there, walk a few steps back towards Calle Cuna, and you will find the Palace of the Countess of Lebrija at number 8.
