If you are in the city center, head towards Plaza de la Encarnación. From the Cathedral of Seville, walk northwest on Avenida de la Constitución until you reach Plaza Nueva. At Plaza Nueva, take the first right onto Calle Sierpes. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de la Encarnación, where the Setas de Sevilla is located. The landmark will be visible as you approach the square.

If you are near the Plaza de Armas, take the tram (Line T1) from Plaza de Armas station towards San Bernardo. Get off at the 'Plaza de la Encarnación' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will be right at the base of the Setas de Sevilla, easily recognizable by its large wooden structure.

If you are close to the bus station at Plaza de la Encarnación, take bus lines C1 or C2, which connect various parts of the city. Get off at the 'Plaza de la Encarnación' stop. The Setas de Sevilla will be right in front of you. Alternatively, buses 21 and 27 also pass through this area.
