Once you reach the city, look for Avenida de la Constitución. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Nueva. From there, take the road towards Calle de Alhóndiga, which will lead you to the Albaicín district. Follow the winding streets, and look for Av. del Hospicio. The Hospital Real will be on your left.

To reach Hospital Real using public transport, first head to the nearest bus stop. You can take bus number C1 or C2, which will take you towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Calle Gran Vía de Colón'. From there, walk towards Plaza Nueva. Once at Plaza Nueva, follow the directions towards Calle de Alhóndiga to enter the Albaicín district. Continue on foot until you reach Av. del Hospicio, where the Hospital Real is located.
