If you are starting from the main square of Toledo, Plaza de Zocodover, walk towards the Alcázar of Toledo, which is a prominent landmark. From the Alcázar, head towards the Calle de la Ciudad, which will lead you out of the main tourist area. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle del Comercio. Turn left onto Calle del Comercio, and then shortly after, turn right onto Calle de los Reyes Católicos. Follow this street until you reach the Puente de Alcántara, a historic Roman bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight. You may need to ask locals for directions to Plaza de Parejas, as it is located in Aranjuez, outside Toledo.
