Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Toledo Cathedral, exit the cathedral and head southwest on Calle del Cardenal Cisneros. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the Plaza de Zocodover. From there, take Calle de la Unión, which is a direct path leading towards Alcázar de Toledo. The Alcázar will be located at the end of the street on your left.

  • Walking

    From the Alcázar de Toledo, you can also start your journey from the historic Jewish Quarter. Begin at the Sinagoga del Transito, then exit and head northeast on Calle de la Concepción. Continue until you reach Plaza de Zocodover, then follow the same route as above on Calle de la Unión. The Alcázar will be on your left.

  • Public Transport

    If you prefer public transport, you can take the bus from the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Toledo). Look for bus line 5, which heads towards the Alcázar. Get off at the stop 'Alcázar' and from there, it's just a short walk to the entrance.
