From the Plaza Mayor, walk to the nearby bus stop at Plaza Mayor. Take bus line 1 towards La Rubia. Get off at the 'Cervantes' stop (approximately 5 stops, about 10 minutes). From there, walk 5 minutes by heading south on Calle Cervantes, then turn left onto Calle Cadenas de San Gregorio. The museum will be on your right.
