If you have access to a car, start from the main road in Arugam Bay (B374). Drive towards Pottuvil, and after approximately 2 kilometers, look for signage pointing toward Stardust Beach Hotel. Turn onto the smaller road that leads to the hotel. Follow this road for about 500 meters until you reach the beach area where Monkey Point is located. There is no entry fee, but parking may be limited near the beach.

Public Transportation (Tuk-Tuk)
To reach Monkey Point by tuk-tuk, find a tuk-tuk stand in Arugam Bay. Inform the driver that you want to go to Monkey Point, near Stardust Beach Hotel. The ride will cost approximately 300-500 LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) and should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off near the beach, and from there, you can walk to Monkey Point.

For those who prefer a more active option, you can walk to Monkey Point from the central area of Arugam Bay. Begin at the main beach area and head towards the east side of the bay. Walk along the shoreline, keeping the ocean on your left. After about a 20-minute walk, you will reach Monkey Point, which is marked by local surfers and beachgoers. This route is free of charge and provides a scenic view of the coastline.
