If you are starting from the Colombo Fort area, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards Cinnamon Gardens. Look for a bus that has 'Cinnamon Gardens' written on its front. After boarding, stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the Cinnamon Gardens stop. Once you get off, walk straight down the road until you reach 'Alfred House Road.' Turn right, and Torington Park will be on your left side after about a 10-minute walk.

From any central location in Colombo, you can hail a tuk-tuk. Inform the driver that you want to go to Torington Park in Cinnamon Gardens. The driver should know the location. The journey will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the park entrance will be visible from the road.

From the Colombo Central Bus Station, take a bus heading towards 'Cinnamon Gardens.' Buses to Cinnamon Gardens are frequent, and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes. After disembarking at the 'Cinnamon Gardens' bus stop, walk towards 'Alfred House Road' and turn right. Continue walking for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Torington Park.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in the city. Head towards Cinnamon Gardens, following the main roads. Once you get to Alfred House Road, turn right, and Torington Park will be on your left after about 10 minutes of cycling.
