If you are already in Fort, head towards Darley Road. You can start from the Colombo Fort Railway Station, which is a central landmark. Exit the station and walk east along Station Road until you reach the intersection with Darley Road. Turn right onto Darley Road and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. Gamini Hall Junction will be on your left side, marked by a notable historical landmark.

You can take a public bus from various points in Fort. Look for buses heading towards Colombo 10 or Darley Road. A common starting point is the Fort Bus Stand. Board a bus that indicates 'Darley Road' as a stop. The fare is usually around LKR 20-30.
