    If you're driving from Dambulla, start by heading south on the A9 road. Follow the A9 for approximately 22 kilometers until you reach the junction for the B435 road. Turn left onto B435 and continue for about 8 kilometers. You will see the entrance to Minneriya National Park on your right. Make sure to keep an eye out for the park signs along the way. Please note that there is an entrance fee for the park, which is approximately LKR 3,000 per person for foreign tourists.

    To reach Minneriya National Park using public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Dambulla to Habarana. Buses run frequently from the Dambulla bus station, and the journey takes roughly 30-40 minutes.
