Starting from Jaffna Fort, head southeast towards Hospital Road. Turn left onto Hospital Road and continue straight until you reach the junction with Kankesanturai Road. Turn right onto Kankesanturai Road and walk until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Nallur Kandaswamy Kovil Road. Continue straight until you see the Hon Mahinda Rajapaksa Statue on your left, located at M299+F9W, Jaffna.
