From Ratnapura, drive south on A4 road towards Balangoda. After approximately 15 km, turn left onto the road towards Katugas Ella. Follow this road for about 5 km until you reach the parking area for the waterfall. From there, it is a short walk to reach Katugas Ella Waterfall.
