    From Sigiriya town center, head south towards the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Continue walking along the main road (Sigiriya - Dambulla Road) for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction at the base of the rock. At the junction, turn left onto the road leading towards Dambulla. After about 500 meters, you will see a signpost for Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Tombs on your right. Follow the path indicated by the sign for another 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance of the tombs.

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one in Sigiriya. Start from the town center and ride south towards the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Continue on the Sigiriya - Dambulla Road for about 1.5 kilometers. At the rock base junction, turn left. Keep riding for approximately 500 meters until you spot the sign for Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Tombs on your right. Ride along the path indicated by the sign for about 1 kilometer to reach the tombs.
