Walking
If you are starting from the central market (Centraal Markt), head southeast on Waterkant Street towards the Suriname River. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Keizerstraat. Turn left onto Keizerstraat and walk for about 400 meters. You will find Vaillantsplein on your right at Keizer St 52, a well-known plaza with various historical significance.

From the Presidential Palace (Paleis van het Torentje), exit the palace grounds and head northwest on Domineestraat. After about 300 meters, turn left onto Keizerstraat and walk straight for another 200 meters. Vaillantsplein will be on your left at Keizer St 52, a popular gathering spot in Paramaribo.

Starting at Independence Square (Onafhankelijkheidsplein), walk north towards the intersection with Keizerstraat. Once you reach the intersection, turn right onto Keizerstraat.
