You will see signs pointing towards Kvibergs Marknad on your left.

From 'Brunnsparken,' take Bus Line 19 towards 'Björndammens väg.' Ride the bus for about 12 stops (approximately 25 minutes) until you reach 'Kvibergs Stallgårdar.' Once you get off, walk a short distance (about 200 meters) back towards the previous intersection, and you will see Kvibergs Marknad ahead.
