Walking
If you are starting from Örebro Central Station, exit the station and head east on Storgatan. Continue on Storgatan for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Slottsgatan. Turn left onto Slottsgatan and continue straight for approximately 800 meters. You will see a large park area on your right. Keep walking straight, and you will eventually reach Dalbygatan. Turn right onto Dalbygatan, and Svampen Skybar will be on your left at Dalbygatan 4.

From Örebro Central Station, take bus number 3 towards 'Karslund' or bus number 6 towards 'Rudskoga'. Get off at the 'Svampen' bus stop (this is about a 5-10 minute ride). Once you get off the bus, walk back towards the intersection and turn left onto Dalbygatan. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will see Svampen Skybar on your right at Dalbygatan 4.
