Car
From the center of Crans-Montana, head southeast on Route de la Moubra. Continue until you reach the intersection with Route de la Poste. Turn right onto Route de la Poste and follow the signs for the Crans-Montana ski area. Drive up the winding mountain road for about 15 minutes until you reach the parking area near the Col de Pochet. Note: Parking may require a fee, typically around CHF 5-10 for the day.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Crans-Montana, you can take the local bus service. Catch the bus from the Crans-Montana Post office stop (Poste) and board the line that goes towards the Crans-Montana ski area. Make sure to check the schedule as buses may not run frequently. Get off at the stop 'Les Violettes'. From there, follow the trail signs towards Col de Pochet, which is about a 30-minute hike uphill. A single bus fare will cost approximately CHF 3-5.
Walking/Hiking
If you prefer to hike from central Crans-Montana, start at the Crans-Montana ski lift station. Follow the marked hiking trails that lead towards Col de Pochet. The trail is well-maintained but can be steep in places. The hike will take about 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your fitness level. Make sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water.
